The story is kind of interesting. The arrested man owns an art gallery and displayed a giant penis statue and had a nude man hanging from a chandelier. No real problem there, but he served beer and wine at a gallery show - a violation of a city ordinance that prohibits places that serve alcohol from allowing the public display of genitals.(Those ordinances exist to prevent all-nude strip clubs.)
