Sarah Palin and Witchhunting

Olbermann is in full-bore batshit crazy pink-faced rant mode. The site says: "A visiting pastor at Sarah Palin's longterm church in Wasilla, is an admitted Witchhunter in Kenya. Sarah Palin gives credit to Pastor Muthee for praying her into the governor's office."

I say: "Hold on there, Mr. Fancy-Pants Educated Liberal. You may think this is mumbo-jumbo, but it seems to me that this utterly ordinary housewife, with a third-rate education which took her forever to obtain, has been elevated to the governorship of a U.S. state and now higher still, to a candidacy for the #2 spot in the land, which she now seems to have about a 50% chance of getting. If you don't think prayer did the job, I'd like to hear some other explanation for her rise. It's either that or she sold her soul to Satan. It can't be sex appeal, because Madonna was sexy as hell and probably blew every powerful person in the world - and never got a heartbeat from the presidency. (Well, unless you count that she was probably close enough to hear Clinton's heartbeat.)

Hell's bells - I'm thinking of joining Palin's church, given results like that. Maybe Olbermann should join, and the pastor could pray him into a real network.
