I learned a lot about this from running Scoopy's Politically Incorrect Restaurant. You have to keep the manatees warm, because if you slaughter them cold they aren't as delicious. There's no steak tougher than Norwegian manatee.By the way, I recommend a hearty Beaujolais with your manatee, and for your appetizer, try the spotted owl wings. We still have them Buffalo style, and now our new Rochester style as well.
