Kind of weird. One the one hand he claims that the list on Wikileaks is false. On the other hand, he says "ACMA is investigating this matter and is considering a range of possible actions it may take including referral to the Australian Federal Police. Any Australian involved in making this content publicly available would be at serious risk of criminal prosecution.'"

So the question you have to ask yourself is this: if the list is not real, why does he want an investigation? If some Joe Blow just made the whole thing up, what's to investigate?
