The Mail suggested that she may be the world's most irritating actress. Winslet's lawyer can argue that is undoubtedly false, and the Mail must have known it to be false unless they can claim to have no knowledge of Madonna or Gwyneth Paltrow. (Unlikely, since they have both lived in England.)
