From what I can see, this is not a bullshit suit. Anthony Spinner wrote TV scripts prolifically in the 60s and 70s, then turned to producing, and the resemblances between his script and the actual show are so numerous, and in some cases so outlandish, that a coincidence does not seem possible. (The article links to a .pdf of part of the lawsuit.) Oddest of all, the producers of the TV show didn't even change the name. According to the article, his script was a pilot for a series to be called "Lost." (Yeah, I know. Something there doesn't add up.)
