Lindsay Lohan is above the law - What Would Tyler Durden Do

California celebrity justice

Gteat story. Lindsay Lohan didn't have to face any punishment for failing to meet the conditions of her probation. Mind you, she received probation after having committed some pretty serious crimes which could have resulted in a 6-year jail sentence. All she had to do was to attend 86 drug/alcohol re-education classes. She only made it to 52. Her lawyer argued successfully that she was "too busy" to attend those classes.

In most states the judge would then have said "too busy doing what, exactly," and it would have come out that she could not attend her alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs because she was too busy taking alcohol and drugs. And in most states that would not be considered an especially compelling explanation.

But California is not most states!

The judge gave her another year to complete the additional 34 classes. Since she was able to stay pretty well sloshed last year while attending 52 classes, she will have plenty of time to step up her alcohol and drug consumption this year, because she only has 34 drug and alcohol classes to attend!
