Comic creator sues for $60 million over Heroes carnival storyline
I'm thinking that this suit might have some merit. I'm not basing that on a knowledge of the sources, about which I have zilch, but my assumption that they would not sue without a case, based on the previous Heroes suit. (The guys who sued were publicly humiliated by the judge and forced to pay about a hundred grand of NBC's court costs as a result of the completely meritless nature of the accusation. So much for that free ride they dreamt of!)
