In the comic books, the criminals are always masterminds like Lex Luthor and Doctor Doom. In the real world, this particular mastermind left his soiled underpants at the scene of a burglary. OK, maybe Doctor Doom did that once in a while, but it was a trap. They were exploding radioactive metal underpants.
