The DA's spokesman cited contradictory evidence, conflicting witness statements, other witnesses who could not remember anything unusual, credibility issues, lack of forensic evidence, the fact that the masseuse and her attorneys were uncooperative, the fact that the masseuse failed a polygraph examination, and the fact that the masseuse would not say whether she was paid by a tabloid newspaper for her story!

I dunno. It sounds like a pretty solid case to me!
