For all practical purposes there are no new films this week. Blue Valentine is in 4 theaters and Mike Leigh's Another Year is in 6. Each is a critical darling (94% and 88% respectively) getting a last-minute release for Oscar eligibility. If you have forgotten, Blue Valentine is the Michelle Williams movie that got an 11th hour reprieve from its original NC-17 rating.There's no Weekend Warrior column this week, since there are no new wide releases.
