MP interrupted by his musical tie

"An MP has apologised his colleagues after he was interrupted in the middle of a speech by his own musical tie."

It's an English tradition which commemorates WW2. Very few people remember that Churchill said "I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and ..." when he was suddenly interrupted by a tinny rendition of "Turkey in the Straw" before he could get out the next word. Apparently Roosevelt had given him the tie without warning him that it would play a melody. He was planning to say "endurance" next, but was so shaken by the melody that he said "sweat" instead. This rest is history.
