All three of the new films exceeded their predictions. Paul and The Lincoln Lawyer did so by tiny amounts, while Limitless beat the forecasts by more than 30%. Of course, none of these films came with inflated expectations, so even that positive comparison represents only mediocre numbers. Limitless did take the top spot, but with a tepid $19 million. As expected, Lincoln Lawyer was #4; Paul #5.
