$25 for guilty extension cord violator

Cited for guilty extension cord violator!
"A judge has ruled a Regina man must pay a fine for running an extension cord across a public sidewalk. Bob Klassen got a ticket last November for running an extension cord to his vehicle across the sidewalk in front of his house. The city has a bylaw against the practice, citing public safety. Klassen doesn't have a garage, or a driveway on which to park his 1991 Corolla, so in cold weather he has to run an extension cord from his house to reach his car on the street."

I would hate to do jail time for that charge and have to explain to the other guys why I'm in the slammer.
