Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 120 Days in Jail as Luck Runs Out

Good - the judge reduced the theft charge from a felony to a misdemeanor.

Bad - Lohan was immediately taken into custody for a probation violation on a previous charge. She received 120 days in stir and 480 hours of community service. In perspective, the community service is 60 eight-hour days and which must be completed within the next year.

Good - she should be out almost immediately (after posting bail).
