Long story short, they tried to foreclose on him even though he paid cash for his house. A judge ruled that the bumbling BOA had to pay the homeowner's legal costs. They didn't comply with the order by the deadline, so the homeowner's attorney got a judge to send in the sheriffs to lock BOA's doors and start seizing BOA's assets, hauling it away in a moving van!

Unsurprisingly, BOA soon decided to fork over a check.
