Well, it turns out that's not illegal unless you happen to be drunk. They arrested him for public intoxication - a pretty lame charge that could be used to arrest the entire male population of Wisconsin every Friday night.

Float down river lands man in slammer
A Missouri man was arrested Thursday for allegedly floating on a kiddie pool down the Missouri River.
