Let me guess what happened when he heard the cop holler "stop" - he only paused a moment?

Those must have been some big-ass handcuffs.

And once in the cuffs, he had to be kept in a mighty cold police cruiser to keep him from melting his way to freedom.

I have forgotten the exact Frosty mythology, but if he's into some mischief, can't you turn him back into a regular snowman just by removing his magic hat? I guess the cops never heard the song.
