The Schindler vs Wolves movie took first place, as anticipated, and actually did better than expected, perhaps because it was distributed to more theaters than anticipated in the predictions made earlier in the week (3200 theaters vs 2700).

The critically savaged One For the Money also performed a bit above expectations, finishing second with $4 million.

SIDEBAR: One For The Money will not achieve a perfect zero (the full Benigni) at RT. It received exactly one fresh tomato from a site called Three Movie Buffs.

Man on a Ledge, however, performed just as poorly as its backers feared, perhaps even a bit worse. It seems to be headed for about $7M for its weekend gross. It finished fifth.
