Ouch! NBC Finishes in 8th place in the 10 PM Thursday slot

This is the same slot where NBC, not so long ago, aired ER, thus winning the slot overwhelmingly.

NBC's The Firm lost to a basketball game on TNT, a rerun on TBS, the Univision offering, and even A&E. The Firm's ratings are even worse than the numbers for Leno's legendary ill-fated 10 o'clock show. The saddest part is that many people say The Firm is a quality show.

By the way, MTV wins that time slot with The Jersey Shore.
