Malik denied posing nude, claiming the magazine altered the photos, and reportedly filed a $2 million lawsuit against the publication.
"I agreed to a photo shoot and having an ISI tattoo in a humorous way, but I did not have any nude photos," the 33-year-old told a Pakistani television station. "My pictures have been morphed."
FHM quickly denied her statement.
"We have not photoshopped or faked the cover," FHM India editor Kabeer Sharma said. "This is what she looks like, she has an amazing body."
