There will be two new films in wide release:
Mirror Mirror is one of the two new Snow White films, namely the PG one with Julia Roberts. It is currently pulling a surprising 92% positive reviews, although that's based on only 13 reviews, and none of those are from the "top critics."
Wrath of the Titans (PG-13) is Clash of the Titans II, post-Kraken. The premise is kind of like a mythological version of a modern Bruce Willis film. Perseus is living a quiet life in retirement, raising his young son as a single parent, until the power struggle between the Gods and the Titans draws him back for "one last job." 50% positive reviews. General consensus: impressive effects, silly story.
Early box office predictions from various sources:
Wrath of the Titans: about $40M in 3500+ theaters. That's good, but represents quite a fall-off from the $61m grossed by its predecessor. It should finish second behind Hunger Games.
Mirror Mirror: about $20M in about 3200 theaters. That should be good enough for third place, but its core audience will still be attending Hunger Games when given a choice.
