Missing: a foot massage.
When a woman offers you a foot massage, it's just her way of saying she doesn't want to give a blowjob, but is willing to offer something that she thinks you might want. I'm not sure why they don't offer handjobs instead. Maybe because they like foot massages and assume we will as well, and they've never experienced a handjob from the jobbee's point of view.
