Manager - "Son this is a hard decision for us but we felt it was a positive step for the team."
Cisco - "Well at least you're getting something you need in return for losing me."
Manager - "Well not exactly, remember last week when we said we would trade you for a bag of balls if we could find a deal, we had to cut out the bag... and the balls... to get the deal done."
