Roy Batty is lookin' a little weird

About 20 years ago, when my daughter was about 7 or 8, she saw a picture of Hauer on the cover of a VHS tape and asked me why I never mentioned my acting career. In other words, we looked so much alike then that my own daughter thought he was me. I guess we still could play brothers because of the squinty eyes and square jaw, but I'm kinda relieved that we have aged differently. On the other hand, he's five years older, so maybe he's my time machine.
