Upon seeing Thoreau in his cell for an act of civil disobedience against injustice, Emerson exclaimed "What are you doing in there?" Thoreau immediately responded "What are you doing out there?"
Which leads me to my point ...
The question should not be "Why did that magazine put vaginas on the cover?" but "Why do the others NOT put vaginas on the cover." Shouldn't every magazine have vaginas on the cover?
OK, not Highlights for Children, although I would like to see the comparative reactions of Goofus and Gallant.
and maybe not O, The Oprah Magazine.
