By his logic, if his constituents wanted to create Nazi-style death camps for Jews and gypsies, he would also vote for that. He recognizes no limits on mob mentality, and is unwilling to add his own conscience to any of his votes. (Or perhaps he has none.)
And real Americans voted for this guy.
