One of the late-night comics pointed out that Barbara herself seems to top the list of the most easily fascinated people of 2013.

(In case you care, her double top-secret #1 selection was Hillary Clinton, based upon the fact that Barbara Walters still thinks it is 1999.)

How could anyone make a list of the most fascinating people of 2013 that does not include Toronto mayor Rob Ford? He should be either #1 or #2. (I can see casting a vote for Pope Frank, but who else could you pick over Ford?)
