My home town of Rochester is tough (3rd place), but is not even in the same league as the winner:
"Average annual snowfall: 411.1 inches.
Amount of snow required for snow day: 24 inches.
Home of the 2002 Winter Olympics, Park City is also where the Sundance Film Festival is held. And in case you missed it, let me repeat: The city gets an average of 411.1 inches of snow a year. You don’t live there unless you’re not afraid of winter weather."
You have to tip your hat to Park City because of the annual snowfall of 411 inches, which is about four times as much as Rochester, but - c'mon. Park City only has 8,000 people. That's not a city. In some parts of the world, that's not even a big apartment building.
