"Seth Rogen and Zac Efron’s new frat comedy Neighbors drank in an estimated $19.6 million at the box office on Friday, almost twice as much as the $10.1m which was caught in the web of The Amazing Spider-Man 2."
Neighbors is a hit! It looks like it will open with about a $50M weekend, which is impressive for an R-rated film, and is 25-30% more than expected.
