MANY nice views. It consists of floors 50-58, the top nine levels, of the Woolworth building, which was at one time the world's tallest building. (9000 square feet are enclosed, and there's a terrace which may be larger than your current living space.)
The only drawback is that it is not in a prestigious Central Park location. The Woolworth building is downtown, by the city hall.
