New Movies In Theaters September 29 - Rotten Tomatoes
There are three films in wide national distribution and one other in limited national release:

The Maze Runner (3604 theaters; 63% positive reviews; PG-13). Official blurb: "When Thomas wakes up trapped in a massive maze with a group of other boys, he has no memory of the outside world other than strange dreams about a mysterious organization known as W.C.K.D. Only by piecing together fragments of his past with clues he discovers in the maze can Thomas hope to uncover his true purpose and a way to escape. Based upon the best-selling novel by James Dashner."

This is Where I Leave You (2868 theaters; 43% positive reviews; rated R). Official blurb: "The dramatic comedy is directed by Shawn Levy, and based on the hilarious and poignant best-selling novel by Jonathan Tropper. It features a starring ensemble cast including Jason Bateman, Tina Fey and Jane Fonda." Nudity: T&A from Abigail Spencer; also prosthetic breasts from Jane Fonda.

A Walk Among the Tombstones (2712 theaters; 66% positive reviews; rated R for many things including "brief nudity" from a topless Laura Birn.) Official blurb: "Based on Lawrence Block's bestselling series of mystery novels, A Walk among the Tombstones stars Liam Neeson as Matt Scudder, an ex-NYPD cop who now works as an unlicensed private investigator operating just outside the law. When Scudder reluctantly agrees to help a heroin trafficker (Dan Stevens) hunt down the men who kidnapped and then brutally murdered his wife, the PI learns that this is not the first time these men have committed this sort of twisted crime...nor will it be the last. Blurring the lines between right and wrong, Scudder races to track the deviants through the backstreets of New York City before they kill again."

Tusk (602 theaters; 39% positive reviews; rated R without nudity). Official blurb: "Kevin Smith takes the helm for this horror film starring Justin Long as a podcaster who is targeted by a sadistic killer while attempting to land an interview with a misanthropic adventurer (Michael Parks). Genesis Rodriguez and Haley Joel Osment co-star."

Box office:

The Maze Runner is expected to take the top spot with a gross in the mid-30s.

A Walk Among the Tombstones should finish second while grossing in the mid teens.

This is Where I Leave You will fight No Good Deed and Dolphin Tale 2 for third place, with all three films in low double figures.
