Two words: Coyote Urine
Actually, coyote urine is the most useful product on this list. In our former house in Santa Fe, it was the only thing that would keep bobcats, deer, and the neighbor's dog from damaging our trees and pooping on our yard.
Oh, and no, it did not attract coyotes (or anything looking for coyotes).
