Penguins of Madagascar (3654 theaters, rated PG, 67% positive reviews. Sequel.

Horrible Bosses 2 (3321 theaters, rated R, 35% positive reviews). Sequel.

The Theory of Everything (expanding to 749 theaters, rated PG-13, 83% positive reviews). True story. Dr Stephen Hawking falling in love while struggling with an ominous diagnosis. Eddie Redmayne is expected to receive an Oscar nomination for his evocation of Hawking.

Box Office:

The Hunger Games should hang on to #1 with a gross of $50M+. The Penguins are expected to pull down just less than $40M, and Horrible Bosses should be in the low-to-mid $20s, so those two films should take over spots #2 and #3. The Theory of Everything may gross in the neighborhood of $3M, which will be somewhere between 7th and 9th for the weekend.
