Somehow it is NOT Comcast, although it is a very similar company: Time Warner Cable. For whatever reason, I've had Time Warner internet access for more than 10 years in two different states, and have never had the slightest complaint. Go figure.
I've had AT&T U-Verse for web/TV/phone for several years. A while back, I let a Time-Warner sales person convince me to switch, promising me more for less money. Had it less than a month before I canceled the contract and fled back to AT&T, mostly because of the TV. The cable was always going out, and the DVR box was a nightmare. My wife has a hearing problem, and you'd have to reboot the entire damn system just to turn the closed captions on and off! Never again!
