The OSU win was no fluke. Ezekiel Elliott ran for 230 yards against the 'Bama defense and OSU's passing game was good enough.
There were five teams in the SEC West that were nationally ranked. All five made it into Bowl games. All five lost. Oddly enough, the two ranked teams in the less-respected SEC East (Missouri and Georgia) managed to win.

The SEC West falls again. It will be Oregon vs Ohio State for the title
No #1 for Alabama this year. It will be Oregon vs Ohio State for the title.
