I have a feeling that the author of that article has never been to Delaware.
Maryland has the murder capital of the country in Baltimore, plus some top pro sports teams and crab cakes. That doesn't sound all that bland to me.
But what comes to your mind when you think of Delaware? Absolutely nothing.
