Oil heir Andrew Getty, 47, found dead with traumatic injuries

"Paramedics who arrived on the scene found Getty near a bathroom at his home and bleeding from a 'traumatic injury to the rectal area' apparently caused by blunt-force trauma."

"The LA County Coroner announced on Tuesday night that it appeared Getty died of either natural causes or an accident."

I'm no medical examiner, but how could blunt-force trauma to the asshole be "natural causes"?
