'Don't silence the pipes': Fury as Boris Johnson BANS bagpipes from streets of London

I'd like to move to London just so I could vote for Boris. He is my new hero, and my current nominee for the greatest man of the 21st century.

And this is not an anti-Scots thing. I love Scotland and the people there. But that doesn't mean I have to love their friggin' bagpipes.

Pat Sands, 58, who busks in London’s West End, said: “Boris should be ashamed of himself, especially during the centenary year of the First World War when over 300 pipers were killed on the Western Front."

I'm assuming that they were not necessarily killed by the enemy.
