... which, in fact, it almost certainly does. I don't know of any countries they don't hate. Russia, Uganda and many countries dominated by Islam hate homosexuals almost as much as Westboro, but I'm sure they can come up with other reasons to hate those countries.
Hate is just kind of their thing.
They're like a low tech version of the internet.
