Amazing. Lots of OT.
There are still six undefeated teams after 5 weeks. Five of them won this week and Carolina had a bye.
My favorite stat o' the week: Josh McCown, the Browns' ancient QB, passed for 457 yards. He tossed it up 51 times without a pick. Last week he was 32-for-41 without a pick in the process of amassing 346 yards. This guy has been around the league since 2002, but has rarely played. In three of those seasons, 2006, 2008 and 2012, he never threw a single pass, and he tossed only six in the 2009 season. Last year he was Tampa's QB for most of the season, where his best accomplishment was to lose enough games (10 out of 11) to assure the team a high enough draft pick to replace him with Jameis Winston.
Not sure what happened to turn him around. I guess he's had plenty of time to study the game from the bench.
