A noteworthy fact is that Alicia Vikander was nominated for two acting awards:
--- Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama (The Danish Girl)
--- Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture (Ex Machina)
This stands out in particular because those two roles were also two of our best nude scenes of 2015. Her nudity in Ex Machina took first place in our poll, and her nudity in The Danish Girl finished in the top twenty!
Vikander is the only Globe-nominated actress who earned a place on our list. Rooney Mara (in Carol) was among the original nominees, but did not finish in the top twenty.
