Is Europe really going to ban teenagers from Facebook and the internet?

Right now teenagers don't really think Facebook is cool, because it's filled with their aunts and uncles, their teachers, and targeted ads.

But if it's forbidden? THAT would make it cool.

One thing which would make this law DOUBLY cool: the proposed European law would require parental consent for anybody under 16 to access Facebook or Instagram, although many European countries have lower ages of consent for sex!

That'll make for great European sitcoms!
