This is alleged to be an Emma Watson nude scene in Regression, but is not

No breasts are visible, but there is a sexy female behind. I have not read anything authoritative about whether she used a body double or CGI or something, but for what it's worth, most people suspect a body double because it's dark, you can't see her face, and the body looks thicker and curvier than expected.

Update: It ain't Emma.

I went through the scene very carefully in 1080hd. I even watched the entire POS movie to make sure I understood the context.

Point 1: It's not completely clear in the film that this is even supposed to be Emma's character. It might be logical to assume that, but I wouldn't say it is necessary.

Point 2: Assuming it is supposed to be her, it isn't. There are a couple of identifiable face shots if one goes frame-by-frame, and that ain't Emma's face!

Point 3: the two women in that scene seem to be:

(1) The naked old crone seems to be played by Arlene Frattini, who is credited as "naked old woman." (2) The naked young woman may be one of two women: Heidi Malley, who is credited as Emma's "stand-in," #OR# Kate Stephey who says on her own site that she was a "body double for young Satanist woman." Based on this picture, my money is on Stephey.
