The Internet believes Ted Cruz is the Zodiac killer
This seems highly insulting.
To the real Zodiac Killer, of course.
Not to Cruz. In fact, it's probably the nicest thing anybody has ever said about him.
All kidding aside, when you type "is Ted Cruz the" into Google, it auto-completes the sentence "Zodiac Killer" as the default option.
The next two choices in the drop-down list are "Manchurian Candidate" and "messiah" - that's a strange assortment of options. I'm pretty sure "messiah" is wrong, but theology is not my strong suit, and my spiritual adviser is named Madame Hzonga, so you should probably get a second opinion.
I think Cruz as Messiah and/or the Zodiac Killer and/or the Manchurian Candidate has potential as a musical...

The Zodiac Killer allegation reminds me of an old episode of "Beavis & Butthead", a fine program from back when MTV appealed to a more intelligent audience. The upshot is that a 15 year old Beavis was arrested in the Mid-1990s for the "Hippie Ripper" murders of 1969.
"When police were asked how he could be responsible for crimes that took place before he was born, they said, 'He's very clever...'".
