At the 23-second mark there is a topless woman on her back in a sex scene (all-girl, I think), followed by two topless women showering together.
Elle Fanning is supposed to have a lesbian scene with Jena Malone in this film, but those are not the actresses in the girl-girl scenes shown in the trailer. I'm guessing that the woman on her back and one of the ones in the shower is Abbey Lee. The other is probably Bella Heathcote, but again I'm just guessing based on this.
