My theories:

(1) Islam is involved. Viewed from an ultra-conservative perspective, If Hillary is elected, her close confidant, possibly her closest, will be a woman with family ties to Muslim radicals.

(2) They are married to two horndogs who seem to be interested in every woman in the world but their own wives, implying that carpets may be munched in the halls of power, and implying that "close confidant" may be one of those euphemisms like "special friend." Plus Carlos Danger is involved, and he's always good for a few guffaws.

(3) Hillary derangement syndrome in general. That disease, always virulent, is at its peak right now, because the left is currently loath to defend her, and even joins in, given that she's now opposing their current darling. That makes it the perfect time for the right to fire on her with both barrels.

In other words, this can function as a subliminal ploy to convince those willing to be convinced that the policies of a Hillary presidency will be directed by both the gay agenda and radical Islam. The right-wing nutbags won't come right out and say that, but there is nothing to prevent them from planting a subtext that says "lesbo Muslim" to their base.
