I looked at and played around with a couple of still caps from that gif and unless she is wearing pantyhose with the details drawn in (I don't think so) or there is some CGI at work here, it doesn't look like anything but the real thing to me.
She says she's wearing underwear. All the British sites say no. And, you know, the statement "I was wearing underwear" could be a red herring. She might have been referring to wearing a bra, to throw people off...
