Helsinki's sign for 'badasses' could be the greatest tourism poster ever made
I spent a winter in Helsinki working a project for Shell Finland. To be honest, the weather wasn't that bad compared to some of the other places I've lived. Oslo also has those short days. Rochester has more snow. Wisconsin is just as cold.
But no major city I have ever visited is as outright boring. I can't imagine why you would go there in winter unless you had business to conduct.
