Berlin police seize cannon made for launching coconuts
I believe it is not a weapon, but actually a medical device used for memory restoration. Everyone familiar with Gilligan's Island knows that getting beaned with a coconut causes you to lose your memory, and only one thing can restore it - getting hit by a second coconut.
